A daily swipe budget for the apps that eat your time.

Pick the apps you scroll too much and set a daily number of swipes. When they're gone, those apps are blocked until your daily reset. There's no "reset now" button, and changing your phone's clock won't bring them back early.

Add an accountability buddy and Scroll Budget opens a pre-written text to them whenever you loosen your limits or switch the app off. You always press send yourself.
